Beautiful story:)
I myself love watching butterflies, birds, flowers, trees especially I adore seeing the leaves and the barks. But I’ve never watched a butterfly so closely as each time I approached it to watch it fly again. With birds, I can be near them even, I felt they can understand if I talk to them.

In reply to Loveday. Ahh thank you xxx Yes my clown crown is glowing and I do not think it will ever slip off! Saggy baggy clothes are the best at whatever time of the day or month we feel the need to wear them. I really hope those who believe we "should" be a certain way at that time of the month gain the confidence and self acceptance that it is OK to be you. xxx

Oh I love you Debs. I love you for being so candid, and spot on about those crap adverts, selling pipe dreams, not pipe cleaners or Yoni blockers……
They’ll be NO white shorts on me either.

I am SO glad you are with a Herbalist, who is helping, but for sure, I doubt there is a cure for your style of clumsy!
I did laugh out loud at the towel being wrapped round the dog scenario…..You have certainly gained some Gold stars on the “Clown crown” award for Hen Pens and all cups flinging & flying…..

Hats off to your Man for “going with the flow” – forgive the play on words ; – )

I am of a certain age where these things are a’changing….. What may never change, is the urge to wear saggy clothes.

Thank you Margaret, I will try and write more often! Sharing posts for animal adoptions is such a good way to redress the balance and I know several people who have taken in animals that way, that is how I got Primrose the duck who was in need of a home!

I love this Debs, so well put and a reminder to me on how to deal with this stuff – I do have trouble containing my passion/anger when I see negative/cruel info on social media, especially when it comes to animals and children but I must remember to deal with it in a positive way like you do. xxx Also thanks for the reminder to top up on my energy, I always forget this needs doing! Lots of love to you and yours xxx
